The 9 Steps
Step 1. Mindset Toolbox
Most people want to jump right in to getting their business up and running. Let me tell you, you need to take care of your mindset first. Cause you will go through blocks, struggles and frustration and it is great to have these tools ready for when you need them, then to have to find them when you are stressed out. They are as follows: Morning & Evening Routine, Visualization, Journaling, Affirmation and creating Intentional Time.
Step 2. Get to Know you
Your business should be created around who you are, not who your client is. So, you should learn about your personality from all angles. It will help you to find the right business model to set up to service your clients. You should take Personality test, at least 5. Create your WHY, you are doing what you are doing. Create your future lifestyle for all areas of your life, and create your home office you will love to work in.
Step 3. Find your Profitable Biz Idea
If you have many passions or ideas. You need to narrow it down to the 1 you will create your business around. Pro Tip – do market research of your industry and competitors to help you shape your unique competitive edge.
Step 4. Who do You serve (ideal client)
You will need to create your ideal client avatar. Really figure out who that person is. Also figure out where they are located. Pro-tip – when you are doing your competitor research look at the platforms they are on. That will help you to find your people.

First you should create your Client Journey. How do your people get into your orbit (that would be your freebie.) Then what is the next step you want them to take (program), then the next step (program). When creating your signature offer, make your life easy. Create a full day or half day VIP day, or e-course. Pro-Tip – outline your full offer at first. Only create your first module or step fully. Spend the way more time in the benefits of the program, results the client will receive. In creating your signature offer, you will also want to create the lead magnet that leads to it, your lead magnet landing page, the email sequence that leads to your offer, Your sales page of your offer.
Step 6. Automate your Service
From all the content, you created in step 5. Now you want to automate this. You will want an autoresponder for your email sequence and give out your lead magnet. A website where you have your blog, home page, about me, maybe your course, and where they can sign up for your lead magnet. Pro-Tip: this is where you will put in place your branding. Your colors, logo, font.

Step 7. Set up your Social Media
You should only set up no more than 3 social media platforms where you know your people hang out on. Eventually you could add on others. But start out manageable. Pro-tip: start out on our social media platform for brand awareness. Getting your new tribe aware of who you are and how you can add value to them.
Step 8. Become legal
Set up the legal structure of your business. The one legal structure that will give you great protection and low paperwork to set up in LLC. Start there, you can always upgrade later if your business needs to move to S-Corp or Corporation.
Step 9. Launch your start up
Launch on Social media and do it via video. Sending out an email to your network is so 1990’s. Your network is online, and make it easier for them to help you out and spread the word. They can easily share your video or tag their network if you do it on Social Media.
